Who is Envision Fitness?Envision Fitness is a partnership enterprise and a limited company registered via HMRC and is operated by Directors Caine Kirk and Andrew Gallacher. Envision Fitness is a team of Online Coaches possessing Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training certification servicing bespoke health, fitness and wellness programs to individuals. Ultimately, we aspire to enhance the physical and mental perception of individuals by constructing realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes. The health and fitness industry via social media has been perceived as excessively saturated, given the astronomical misleading and manipulative sources. We envision perceiving a realisation of balance (expectation vs. reality) and the influence it can have on an individual's physical and mental wellbeing.

Will I make progress if I purchase a bespoke, health, fitness and wellness program?Subjectively, purchasing any of our bespoke health, fitness and wellness programs can result in a lifestyle change being constructed that's realistic and sustainable for you. If your lifestyle or the changes made in your lifestyle aren't realistic or sustinable for you, your progress will be hindered or compromised. To ensure that you can make optimal progress physcially and mentally, time is a commodity that's required to emphasise enhancing your mindset in relation to health, wellness, fitness and nutrition.

Do you service 1 - 1 face-to-face personal training?Unfortunately, Envision Fitness is purely based online and doesn't service 1 - 1 face-to-face personal training. However, Envision Fitness alternatively services enriching workshops at The Business Hive - E-Factor's Club, Franklin College and Oasis Health Club as well as quality group exercise classes at the Grimsby Institute! Caine Kirk operates a sole trader enterprise at The Gym Group servicing 1 - 1 face-to-face personal training. What kind of equipment do I need?If you're training in a gym, we will provide you with the necessary information regarding what machines and weights you will need. For remote training or if you're working out from home, we can design a program based on the equipment you have access to. If you don’t have much equipment, don’t worry—we’ll adapt your workout to ensure you still get a challenging and effective routine.
